Rani Lalithangi

Rani Lalithangi is capable of ruling a nation just as effectively as a man. Another nation's ruler has a good-hearted son. He enjoys the fine arts and is a talented artist. During a kuravar dance performance, the prince is to be killed by King Gandipan, a cunning ruler who keeps watch over the nation. He employs a dancer to execute his scheme. However, the prince manages to get away from her. He also despises ladies. The prince receives a love letter from Queen Lalithangi, who poses as a yogini because she likes him. She is thrown away by the enraged prince. To win his approval, Rani Lalithangi learns to dance. Lalithangi dances during a palace function and gains the prince's affection. The rest of the narrative focuses on how she convinces the prince to wed her and how he later decides to become her husband.
